Conditions of auction, absentee & online bids

Daily viewing is possible October 9th to 11th 2021 from 10:00am to 6:00pm and October 12th to 15th from 10:00am to 8:00pm, if possible by appointment at the Oldtimer Galerie Toffen.
To provide a comprehensive assessment on any of the lots on offer, we will extend our online vehicle presentation with additional photographs of the cars (i.e. underside) as well as its documentation and a short video sequence showing the car in motion.

Auction access:
If you wish to bid at the auction in person, we would kindly ask you to send us an email with reference “auction 16.10.” to info@oldtimergalerie.ch  providing us with the following information:
• First Name, Name, Postal Address, ZIP-Code, Country, Tel. Number(s)
• Reason why you prefer to be at the auction personally and without accompaniment
We will then provide you with a bidder number, ready for you to pick up on your arrival at the auction.

In order to satisfy current Corona-related restrictions we will have a limit of 250 visitors/bidders with valid COVID-Certificate present during our auction held on October 16th, 2021!
Therefore, we kindly ask you only to come to the auction if you are seriously interested in bidding on any of the auction entries.
The possession of the auction catalogue does not entitle you to get access to the auction room and no additional visitors will be accepted!

Please also note, that max. 100 visitors will be served in the Restaurant at any time and that for this event there will not be the usual hospitality in front of the restaurant. 

It will be possible to follow the auction via livestream with a delay of about 10 seconds. 
This will be available without registration on the auction day from approx. 1:00pm here.
